In such a historical context, we began the very labor-intensive task of custom-order production with the sole desire to "make a guitar that realizes 100% of the preferences of each individual player." "We want to make an instrument that players can truly be satisfied with, without making easy compromises such as cost cutting for business reasons." Why did we come to such an idea? There is no mystery. Because most of our staff at ESP are players and guitar freaks. We believe in the infinite possibilities of the instrument called "electric guitar", which has not yet been born for 100 years.
The ESP Custom Order System will meet all your requests to create something that you are 100% satisfied with in terms of looks, sound, playability, etc. You can choose everything from materials, structure, shape, parts, paint, etc. With the support of our knowledgeable advisors, our customers' requests are entered into an order sheet, drawn up into drawings, and shaped into a concrete form.
The carefully seasoned materials are then processed by skilled craftsmen, beautifully painted, and the parts are assembled. Finally, the product is adjusted according to the customer's wishes and delivered to them. The customer can choose and decide everything by themselves. With the experience and technology that we at ESP have, we will always achieve 100% for our customers.
First, we will consult with you. Through discussion, we will give concrete shape to your ideal instrument. Material? Shape? Sound? Parts used? Or color? Once the policy is solidified, we will complete the order sheet. The price will be determined based on the contents of the order sheet. Of course, we can also plan according to your desired price. You can receive estimates as many times as you like until you are satisfied with the content.
At ESP, we design from scratch for our customers, so there are no restrictions on the shape, parts used, or coloring. We can do anything from standard shapes to ESP original shapes, and of course your own original shapes. Our expert staff will support you with specific sketches or images.
