ESP Guitars Distribution by Sound Service
Since 1995, ESP products have been distributed exclusively by Sound Service. Initially starting in Germany, and later expanding to more and more European countries. Now another milestone starts in the close co-operation between ESP Guitars and Sound Service. The opening of the only official ESP showroom in Europe. Available to visit by appointment at our headquarters in Berlin. You can always experience a great selection of both Japanese and American ESP guitars on display available to see and play.

In 1975, ESP was founded as a full-scale custom-made guitar manufacturer. This is a rare achievement anywhere in the world. At the time, there were no guitar manufacturers in Japan that responded to the needs of musicians and provided aftercare, repairs, and modifications. As a result, ESP quickly gained the trust of musicians, rising quickly from its earliest days to global acclaim. Praise and acclaim received at the NAMSHO (an international trade fair) in Chicago USA also widely influencing ESPs reputation, where it has been exhibiting consistently since the company’s third year.

What is the secret behind the quality of ESP guitars?
The wood used is carefully seasoned and ESP only uses wood that they are really happy with. ESP commitment to the materials and attitude to craftsmanship is unique. All the luthiers can play guitar and are musicians. They spare no effort to realise the dreams of their and our customers. ESP make no distinction between famous musicians and "normal" customers. These are perhaps the reasons why ESP has gained such a high reputation.
